Hi Noon Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Director of Recruitment & Retention to lead recruiting across our Scottsdale restaurant portfolio and corporate functions. • 5+ years of progressive recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or hospitality leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit management and leadership-level talent.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy across locations and corporate functions.
• Partner with Operations, General Managers, Executive Chefs, and Executive Leadership to forecast hiring needs.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for key management and leadership positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines to reduce dependence on open positions.
• Improve the candidate experience from outreach through onboarding to reflect top hospitality service.
• Establish recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting on open roles, time-to-fill, and turnover.
