Del Frisco's Grille in Hoboken seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of the city's premier dining destinations. Overlooking the Manhattan skyline, this vibrant restaurant blends bold flavors, a lively bar scene, and exceptional guest experiences in a stylish, welcoming atmosphere.

We seek a driven hospitality leader with a passion for people, operations, and delivering outstanding results to inspire teams and elevate every aspect of the guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of General Manager experience in upscale/fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including staff supervision and guest interaction.
• Understanding of cost and labor systems that drive profitability.
• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, supply, and labor.
• Ensure all financial and payroll administrative duties are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and address complaints to turn guests into return customers.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, and daily decision making while ensuring high quality food and service.
• Develop employees through feedback and performance reviews.
