Specialty Restaurants' Orange Hill Restaurant, an upscale dining venue on the hills of Orange County, seeks a dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and high standards of service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in full-service restaurant management, including at least 2 years in a GM role, with strong leadership, budgeting, and food-safety knowledge. Excellent communication skills required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• GM-level experience or above in upscale/high-volume settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and financial reports.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
