Qualifications

• Upscale dining, resort, or fine dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and service etiquette.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have alcohol awareness and food handlers certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create an upscale dining experience.
• Present menus, daily features, chef specials, and beverage offerings.
• Provide recommendations on food, wine, cocktails, and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and communicate special requests.
• Serve food and beverages according to resort and fine dining standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns.
• Process guest payments accurately and professionally.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
