Job summary

Paycom seeks a Maintenance Technician for Seascape Beach Resort in Aptos, CA. Maintain all resort buildings, facilities, grounds, furnishings and equipment to keep a safe, attractive, and functional environment.

Two years of hotel/resort maintenance experience and a high school diploma are required. The role includes day/night and weekend shifts, with strong communication and reliable attendance, offering $22.00–$24.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• Two years related hotel/resort industry experience and/or training.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and owner requests in a timely manner.
• Perform general maintenance of facilities, grounds, furnishings and equipment.
• Assist with facility improvements and ensure security of equipment and buildings.
• Maintain inventory control on equipment, parts, and property.
• Ensure services to guests are professional and safe.
• Support a safe, punctual and reliable working environment.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
