Job summary

Seascape-Beach-Resort is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep of resort buildings, facilities, grounds, furnishings and equipment, ensuring safe, attractive, and functional conditions.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, assisting with facility improvements, maintaining security and preventive maintenance, and delivering high-quality guest service with strong attention to detail.
