Job summary

The role involves replacing and repairing ceiling tiles, sheetrock and wall coverings, painting, basic electrical and plumbing work, and upkeep of outdoor areas. Safety, sustainability, and guest satisfaction are emphasized in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or preferred.
• Trade school coursework in related field preferred.
• Previous maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders.
• Replace ceiling tiles, sheetrock and wall coverings as needed.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Replace basic electrical fixtures and light switches.
• Perform minor plumbing tasks.
• Maintain curb appeal (snow removal, lawn care, trash).
• Follow HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Practice safe work habits and wear PPE.
