The role requires 21+, high school diploma, fine-dining service experience and 5+ years in a bar or similar setting; wine and beer knowledge is a plus. The starting rate is $18.2417 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fine-dining service experience required.
• 5+ years of prior relevant experience in a bar or similar environment.
• Wine and beer knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make, serve, and demonstrate complex knowledge of drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and maintaining bar inventory and cleanliness.
• Handle cash, collect payment, and submit daily reports per internal controls.
• Train Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter on bar operations, guest service and bartending.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu, allergies, and guest restrictions; resolve issues and escalate as needed.
• Utilize tools and equipment to prepare fresh juice, infusions, and cocktails; present items and maintain quality.
• Communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and staff to support guest and employee needs.
• Use sales techniques to upsell beverages while upholding polished, refined cocktails.
