Job summary

The Langham Hospitality Group is seeking staff for guest-focused roles in Chicago. You will support the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bar, lobby lounge, room dining, and Club lounge, upholding Forbes standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining honor bars, inventory management, order preparation, storeroom organization, and adherence to safety protocols. Prior experience in F&B is required, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverages preparation.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems (Micros).
• Sufficient English writing skills for requisitions, balance sheets and vouchers.

Responsibilities

• Restocking guestroom Honor bars daily or as needed.
• Inventorying the Honor-bar storeroom weekly.
• Preparing a weekly order sheet for procurement.
• Maintaining a well-organized storeroom.
• Rotating stock in storeroom and carts.
• Checking expiration dates and removing outdated items.
• Ensuring seals on bars and completing security checks.
• Following key procedures and attending meetings.
• Providing high levels of guest service per Langham standards.
