Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage reservations through Resy while maximizing seating efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the flow of the dining room, balancing reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists.
• Coordinate closely with managers, FOH & BOH, to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor table status and optimize seating arrangements during service.
• Handle guest requests, VIPs, and service recovery with discretion.
