Job summary

Join Crescent Hotels & Resorts at Hotel Indigo Austin as a Lounge Bartender, delivering elevated beverage experiences and warm, personalized service.

Responsibilities include crafting cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean bar, and collaborating with service teams to ensure guest satisfaction. TABC certification preferred; prior upscale hospitality experience desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience preferred in upscale hospitality.
• Current TABC Certification and Food Handler Certification, or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service to guests.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and manage inventory during shifts.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with regulations.
