Qualifications

• Minimum one year of bartending experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Current TABC Certification and Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain on hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong hospitality focus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service to guests.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked bar and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management for seamless service.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and POS cash handling.
