Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking an Intermediate Line Cook to join our culinary team at Mar | Muntanya, our Northern Spanish-inspired restaurant. You will work single stations, apply professional cooking techniques, and contribute to a menu that blends local ingredients with global flavors.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of line cook experience, refined communication skills, and a culinary degree or equivalent restaurant background.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• 2 years of previous line experience required.
• Culinary degree or related restaurant experience preferred.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
• A true desire to satisfy others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities
