Job summary

The Farmers Daughter Restaurant at Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a Line Cook for our upscale hospitality environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and a passion for superior customer service.

Responsibilities include preparing line items in a La Carte kitchen, following standard recipes, maintaining a clean workstation, and adhering to safety and sanitation practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience or recent culinary school graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend training sessions and team meetings.
• Maintain positive working relationships and communicate effectively.
• Prepare line items according to standard recipes and portions.
• Keep workstation clean and organized and store food properly.
• Follow procedures, report problems to management, and adhere to conduct standards.
• Report to Sous Chef and work with the kitchen team.
