Job summary

Farmers Daughter Restaurant at Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a Line Cook for our upscale kitchen. You will handle grilling, frying, sautéing, and hot hors d oeuvres, while staying organized and team-focused.

We require presence for five days a week, with open availability including weekends/holidays and both AM/PM shifts. Training sessions and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must speak English and communicate clearly with managers and staff.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• One year of kitchen or culinary experience or recent culinary school graduate.

Responsibilities

• Attends and participates in all training sessions and team meetings.
• Prepares all line items and special function items according to standard recipes.
• Maintains portions and presentation standards, and keeps a clean, organized workstation.
• Stores all food products properly and follows safety procedures.
• Reports problems or concerns to management and adheres to company policies.
