Qualifications

• Experience in professional cooking and food preparation.
• Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Previous prep or line cook experience.
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up the station for service according to guidelines.
• Prepare all food items in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs.
• Restock items and manage inventory after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of stations and equipment.
• Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Perform additional duties as requested by Chef/Sous Chef.
