Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, two+ years cooking experience in upscale settings, and formal culinary training or certification. The role requires standing for long periods, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency; communicate effectively with staff.
• Thorough knowledge of Food Service Sanitation Standards and kitchen equipment usage.

Responsabilités

• Prepares food cooked to order according to approved recipes.
• Plates food for service following plating/presentation criteria.
• Ensures all food served is high quality and timely.
