Qualifications

• High school graduate with the ability to read, speak and follow written and verbal directions in English.
• 2+ years experience in a culinary operation.
• Experience with hot and cold food prep; past experience on cooking a hot line.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual at all times.
• Work a flexible schedule, to include weekends and holidays.
• Arrive to work on time, consistently.
• Maintain proper uniform, clean and in good repair.
• Ensure unfamiliar safety rules are followed and report hazards.
• Prepare and procure products to ensure quality and timely service.
• Keep work area, coolers, and equipment clean and organized.
• Assist colleagues and respond promptly to supervisor requests.
