Forbici Modern Italian in St. Petersburg is expanding and seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our new Sundial location. We offer hospitality-driven service, house-made pastas, pizzas, and crafted cocktails in an upscale casual setting.

The role requires 2–3 years of management experience in a full-service upscale restaurant, strong communication, and English proficiency. Full-time, day or night shifts with weekends, and opportunities for growth await the right leader.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a management position at a full-service upscale restaurant.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Demonstrated discretion and leadership in employee relations matters.
• Stays positive and calm under pressure; strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer and cocktails.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, events/catering software, scheduling/timekeeping and POS systems.
• Must obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.

• Oversee daily operations of a full-service upscale restaurant.
