Job summary

San Manuel Highland location is seeking a Turndown Attendant in Hotel Housekeeping to perform turndown and cleaning services for vacant and occupied rooms. The role emphasizes 5-Star guest experiences, attention to detail, and adherence to safety practices while maintaining sterile work areas.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and preferably two years of upscale hotel housekeeping experience. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate maintenance issues to supervisor/offi ce coordinator; report guest requests as needed.
• Lead by example, motivate and coach team members, support department goals.
• Perform other duties to ensure efficient operation of housekeeping.

Education
