Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is looking for a Housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of Housekeeping experience within an upscale hotel preferred.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday shifts and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean all guestrooms, make beds, and provide clean terry and robes.
• Conduct constant inspections of the hotel guestrooms daily to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Respect all guest requests and preferences while adhering to the enterprise’s policies.

Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of housekeeping service techniques

Ability to identify and prioritize issues
