Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of food and wine. Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Superior professional appearance and manner, ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain state and local certifications such as food handlers or alcohol certifications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and delivering items.
• Relate with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals, maintaining high-quality service.
• Comply with Auberge Collection standards and upsell unique menu items.
• Accurately take and input orders, manage the POS system, and handle billing.
• Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings.
• Ensure the restaurant/outlets are tidy and follow safe food handling procedures.
