White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will craft cocktails, deliver guests with attentive service, and thrive in a high-energy upscale bar environment.

This role requires strong knowledge of drink recipes, responsible alcohol service, and the ability to stand and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer full-time employment with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred — hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar backgrounds a plus; willing to train the right candidate.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
• Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
