Job summary

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Food Handler Card and TABC certification valid for at least 6 months.
• Five (5) years bartending or equivalent experience or progressive promotion within Beverage.
• High school or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders with pre-shift prep and post-shift close.
• Maintain clean, hygienic bar area and stock supplies.
• Stock the bar per company guidelines regarding liquor requisition.
• Explain basic details of food dishes and beverages to guests.
• Prepare basic non-alcoholic beverages (water, coffee, tea).
• Be organized and know where items are in the bar area.
