Flik Hospitality Group is seeking an Floating Assistant General Manager to partner with the Local General Manager, align with approved budgets, and meet client expectations across airport lounges. You will drive safety, sanitation and maintenance programs while fostering team growth and interdepartmental collaboration.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and operations competencies, with travel up to 100% and a focus on HACCP and food safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five to seven years upscale food service experience, including one year in multi-unit management.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills; flexible and detail-oriented.
• Supervisory, scheduling, training and coaching skills.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
• Multi-tasking with focus amid interruptions.
• Monitor food purchasing, costs, preparation, production and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Interviews, hires, trains and coaches employees and managers.
• Participates in employee meetings and training programs.
• Maintains food cost while ensuring quality standards.
• Manages purchasing and inventory controls.
• Is knowledgeable on HACCP controls and proper storage of food.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
