Responsibilities

• Prepares hot and cold food items as directed by kitchen management.
• Sets up and organizes work area with necessary supplies.
• Receives, inspects, and rotates ingredients to ensure freshness.
• Prepares and stores raw products prior to final assembly.
• Adheres to plating guidelines and portion control to minimize waste.
• Monitors food quality and timely serving, notifying supervisor of delays.
• Follows Government Food Sanitation Standards at all times.
• Maintains clean and safe work area and equipment.
