Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations including menu familiarity, bar/wine service, and basic food safety understanding.
• Experience in training and team development including coaching staff and pre-shift meetings.
• Sales skills related to upselling menu items, promoting specials, and supporting private/group dining bookings.
• Prior experience in restaurant front-of-house management or supervisory roles, preferably in upscale/high-volume dining.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to service, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with POS systems, basic reporting, and cash handling procedures.
• Food safety certification and responsible alcohol service training (or ability to obtain upon hire) are preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business education a plus.
