Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of serving experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of French cuisine and wine is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide polished, professional, and engaging service in a fast-paced fine dining environment
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, including seasonal dishes, daily specials, and beverage offerings
• Guide guests through the menu with confidence, making thoughtful recommendations and upselling when appropriate
• Ensure accuracy in order taking, timing, and delivery of food and beverages
• Uphold all company standards for service, appearance, and hygiene
