Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado seeks a Food and Beverage Trainer (Fine Dining) to develop and implement upscale service training across all F&B venues. You will coach team members on elevated service steps, menu knowledge, wine and beverage standards, and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Food and Beverage experience in upscale, fine dining, casino, hotel, or luxury resort environments.
• Experience in training, leading, or supervising teams is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and service etiquette is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver F&B training for new and existing team members.
• Train staff on upscale/fine dining service, guest interaction, proper etiquette, and course sequencing.
• Create and maintain training materials, checklists, and progress tracking.
• Onboard and coach team members; monitor progress and provide feedback.
• Assist with menu rollouts, beverage education, and wine service standards.
