The Ivy Hotel's Magdalena restaurant in Baltimore seeks an enthusiastic Front of House Server to join our upscale dining team. You will operate as Server and Server Support, delivering refined service and hospitality to every guest.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional service in line with Director of F&B guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant staff and hotel departments.
• Know menu and wine list to explain dishes and pairings.
• Act as brand ambassador for The Ivy / Magdalena and uphold guest relations.
• Assist guests and address requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Greet guests by name and maintain service standards.
