Job summary

Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic Servers for our food & beverage teams. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service at upscale events and restaurants, with experience in catering or bartending preferred.

This is a seasonal, part-time position compensated at $8.75/hr plus tips. Candidates should be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must have Vermont DLC certification and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service industry required.
• Vermont DLC certification required.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Certified to serve alcohol per Vermont law.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down prior to and after service.
• Maintain positive rapport with diverse guests.
• Deliver wine, beer and liquor knowledge during service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Assist with deposits and closing tasks as assigned.
