Mountain Lake Lodge in Pembroke, VA seeks a seasonal Server to provide exceptional fine dining experiences. You will take orders, relay requests to the kitchen, and deliver beverages with precise presentation.

Applicants should have experience in upscale settings, strong guest service, and basic math for transactions. You will work closely with the sommelier on wine recommendations; evening and day shifts are available, in-person. Mountain Lake Lodge is a drug-free workplace.

Formación

• Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings.

• Familiarity with POS systems and ability to learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system and relay to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner with fine dining presentation.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and attentiveness throughout the meal.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and accuracy of orders.
• Learn beverage offerings and assist sommelier with wine and cocktail recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server station.
