Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a dining server to join its upscale dining team. You will provide exceptional service, describe menu items, and ensure guests have a memorable experience in a refined setting.

You will greet guests, answer questions about preparation and allergens, and help with beverages and side items. The role includes assisting with dining room setup and supporting catering events as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in fine dining or country club waiting tables.
• Able to read and follow recipe instructions and dietary orders.
• Willing to perform routine tasks with interruptions and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in an upscale dining setting.
• Take and serve food/beverage orders promptly.
• Greet guests courteously and address dissatisfactions.
• Know menu details and allergens; describe item preparation.
• Make recommendations and share information about the menu.
• Possess full knowledge of drink recipes and manage large tables.
• Check food quality and address issues affecting guest experience.
• Perform dining service setup and operation tasks.
• Assist with dining room setup, buffets, and catering prep.
• Assist with receiving and storing food; ensure proper temperatures.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining dining areas.
