Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a dining server for an upscale dining environment. You will provide attentive service, take and serve orders, greet guests, and maintain clean, organized dining areas in a premium setting.

The role requires 1+ year of fine dining or country club experience, strong knowledge of the menu and allergens, and the ability to work efficiently with a team. You will help with set-up, service, and post-service cleanup, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year (preferably 2–3 years) of waiting in a fine dining or country club venue.
• Ability to read, understand and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, resident preference cards, and work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service that reflects an upscale dining experience.
• Take and serve food/beverage orders timely and appropriately.
• Greet customers with courtesy and friendliness, addressing dissatisfied guests when needed.
• Know menu details and allergens and describe how items are prepared.
• Make recommendations or share additional information with customers regarding the menu.
• Possess full knowledge of drink recipes and serve 16+ guests at a time; recall orders on request.
