Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a dining server for an upscale dining environment. The role involves delivering exceptional service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting food preparation as needed.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving promptly, guiding guests through the menu, and ensuring allergen information is accurate. You will assist with setup, stocking, and post-service cleaning to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in fine dining or country club wait staff preferred.
• Ability to read recipes and diet orders and follow instructions.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions.
• Patience and tolerance with staff, residents, and families.
• Strong interpersonal relationships and communication skills.
• Problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Service orientation and organization.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Hepatitis A vaccination willingness if required by county health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service reflecting an upscale dining experience.
• Take and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Greet customers, address dissatisfaction promptly.
• Know menu details, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Make recommendations and explain dishes to guests.
• Manage service for 16+ guests; recall orders on request.
• Ensure food quality and correct any issues.
• Perform routine dining service setup and cleaning duties.
• Assist with setup for catering events and stock supplies.
• Receive and store food and maintain proper temperatures.
