Mastro’s Restaurants seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and develop staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in our upscale venues.

You will maintain high standards for service, food quality, and operational performance while controlling costs and labor, using a hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of upscale/fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front-of-house knowledge; financial acumen preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Stable, progressive work history with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Motivate staff to ensure cost control and labor management.
• Inspect the establishment and monitor compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
