The Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek, GA, is seeking a polished Fine Dining Host for the Merion Room on a part-time basis. You will be the first and last impression for members and guests, delivering a warm, personalized dining experience through reservations management and guest engagement.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, reviewing reservations, guiding seating, and coordinating with service staff to ensure seamless dining.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, as well as select holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to members and guests while upholding Atlanta Athletic Club's service standards.
• Review reservations, special requests, and member preferences prior to service.
• Conduct dining room walkthroughs and ensure menus and host station are service-ready.
• Greet and escort members and guests to their tables with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to ensure smooth dining room flow.
• Communicate guest arrivals and special requests to managers and service staff.
• Anticipate guest needs and help create memorable dining experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand.
• Assist the dining room team as needed and perform other duties assigned by management.
