• Local Pouring Permit & Alcohol certification.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge members and guests and meet or exceed expectations.
• Efficiently serve food and drinks in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Take orders and communicate content to co-workers; handle to-go orders by phone.
• Understand and repeat preparation and service of menu items.
• Ensure service stations are stocked and maintained per standards.
