Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek, GA is seeking dedicated Server Assistants to join the Troon Grill team for approximately 20-25 hours per week. The role supports AAC’s mission, assists on the floor, and ensures timely, attentive service for members during various shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy trays.

Responsibilities

• Support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club (AAC).
• Promote teamwork by assisting other team members on the floor and with side work.
• Fulfill opening and closing side work on each shift.
• Ensure tables, chairs, and setups are ready before guests are seated.
• Inspect dining room for cleanliness and order and rectify issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings.
• Assist servers with delivering plates and replenishing beverages.
• Clean and reset tables; remove used dishes promptly.
• Inventory condiments and retrieve more from storage as needed.
• Assist in other departments/club functions as needed.
