Hyatt Regency Indianapolis seeks an experienced F&B Manager to lead daily operations across restaurants, lounges, and in-room dining. You will coach colleagues, uphold Hyatt service standards, and partner with culinary and hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive food and beverage or restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience in upscale hotel or high-volume settings preferred.
• Strong commitment to hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of restaurant financial performance including revenue, labor, inventory, and expense management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible leadership presence and engage with guests and colleagues.
• Ensure welcoming, attentive, and professional service consistent with Hyatt standards.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, lounges, and in-room dining.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of staff.
• Monitor labor, budgeting, inventory, and expenses to drive profitability.
