Qualifications

• 2+ years of server experience in a fine dining or upscale setting.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits and gourmet cuisine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multi-task and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, warm and gracious demeanor.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Present menus, describe dishes, and offer knowledgeable recommendations (wine pairings).
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide attentive service including course clearing, refills and requests.
• Handle guest concerns gracefully and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas.
• Follow health and safety standards for food handling and sanitation.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to ensure seamless operations.
