Levy Restaurants in Milwaukee is seeking energetic team members for a part-time, event-based role in partnership with Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Bucks, and Marquette Eagles. Earn $22.03 per hour in a union position and enjoy team perks like Instapay, health benefits, and more.

You will deliver hospitality across service, set up and break down stations, maintain cleanliness, and provide friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Able to move and change kegs and operate a draft system.
• Able to work in all areas of the department (any bar location).

Responsibilities

• Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.
• Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing.
• Responds to guest needs and requests.
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
• Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests.
• Performs important guest service functions including empty plates and glassware, wiping down bar and setting up for dining at bar.
