Job summary

Levy, a Compass Group company, is hiring a part-time food service teammate to deliver guest experiences at events and venues in Milwaukee. You will greet guests, take orders, serve beverages, and help ensure smooth dining operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, high service standards, and adherence to food safety. ServSafe Alcohol certification within 30 days is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must already have or able to obtain ServSafe Alcohol certification within 30 days of employment
• Experience in food service and customer interactions is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders following service steps
• Deliver food promptly and maintain sanitation standards throughout service
• Advise guests on menu items and dietary needs; accommodate preferences when possible
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct orders and requests
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork with staff and guests
• Handle ticket collection and cash-handling procedures accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
• Assist with events and collaborate with other departments as needed
