Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain any required state or local alcohol service permits or certifications (e.g., TABC, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent).
• Must obtain and maintain any required state or local food service certifications (e.g. Food Handlers Card, ServSafe certification, or equivalent)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage.
• Possess or develop strong knowledge of wine varietals, regions, vintages, and service protocols.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through a high-end dining experience.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and seasonal changes.
• Offer wine and food pairing recommendations.
• Open, present, and pour wine to fine dining standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Execute fine dining service techniques (tableside service, coursed meals, wine service, proper plate presentation).
• Accurately take and deliver orders following timing and coursing standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow.
• Maintain impeccable table maintenance, including clearing and resetting.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide unobtrusive, attentive service.
• Handle guest concerns or special requests with discretion, empathy, and urgency.
• Follow all restaurant policies, service standards, and safety regulations.
• Support team members and contribute to a culture of excellence and hospitality.
