Qualifications

• One year of fine dining service or private club server experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow directions in English.
• Knowledge of wines and beverages; familiar with service sequence and utensils.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and arrive on time, with a professional demeanor.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Prepare tables and side work before opening; maintain cleanliness.
• Greet members and guests promptly with a smile.
• Guide guests through their dining experience and communicate with staff.
• Close checks accurately and assist in closing duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Dining Room Captain or Manager.
