• Must obtain and maintain any required state or local food service certifications (e.g. Food Handlers Card, ServSafe certification, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through a high-end dining experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu, ingredients, preparation, allergens, and seasonal changes.
• Offer recommendations for food and beverage pairings including wine and cocktails.
• Open, present, and pour wine according to fine dining standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Execute fine dining service techniques (tableside service, coursed meals, wine service, proper plating).
• Take and deliver orders accurately following timing and coursing standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Maintain impeccable table maintenance including clearing, resetting, crumb service.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide unobtrusive, attentive service.
• Handle guest concerns or special requests with discretion and urgency.
