Job summary

Compass Group USA, via Levy, is hiring a part-time server for the 1922 Club, a private, full-service restaurant in our venues. You will provide polished dining service with menu guidance and genuine hospitality.

Join a team that supports private dining, game-day operations, and special events while maintaining high standards of service. Previous fine-dining experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous full-service restaurant, private club, fine-dining, or upscale hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong service instincts with a genuine commitment to hospitality.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and confidently discuss food, wine, spirits, cocktails, and other beverage offerings.
• Experience operating a restaurant point-of-sale system.
• Working knowledge of food safety, allergen awareness, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tables and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and composure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with culinary, beverage, service, and management teams.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely lift or carry up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, game days, and special events based on the Club’s operating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional restaurant service according to steps of service.
• Welcome members and guests and guide them through the dining experience.
• Take, enter, course, and deliver food and beverage orders accurately.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and offer pairing suggestions.
• Coordinate with culinary, bar, and support teams for timely service.
• Maintain tables and ensure polished dining experience.
• Handle payments and operate POS.
