Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring to support dining operations at Club 1922. Assist service staff, maintain dining areas, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced club setting.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or hospitality experience, knowledge of food safety, and a strong eye for detail. Flexible with evenings, weekends, and events; able to stand long hours and lift up to 35 lbs; benefits include Instapay, wellness programs, and more.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food and beverage delivery to members and guests
• Set, reset, and maintain dining tables and service areas
• Clear dishes and keep dining areas clean and organized
• Restock glassware, silverware, and service supplies
• Refill water and support guest service needs
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and operational support
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Provide courteous, professional service and work effectively with team members
• Performs other duties as assigned.
