Job summary

Compass Group USA's Levy team at the 1922 Club seeks an experienced bartender to deliver polished food and beverage service in an upscale club setting. You will guide guests through menus, prepare cocktails and beverages to standards, and provide genuine hospitality.

The role requires excellent teamwork, strong knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and events. Instapay and other member perks are available.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service club or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and responsible beverage service.
• Genuine commitment to hospitality and creating welcoming experiences for members and guests.
• Ability to accurately follow recipes and execute beverages to established quality and presentation standards.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage bar guests, dining orders, and service-well responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, allergen awareness, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, game days, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks per standard recipes.
• Set up and stock bar areas with beverages and supplies.
• Greet guests and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Ensure proper ID checks and responsible service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of bar and work area.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams during events.
