Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly Host for Boulder Creek Dining Company in Brownsburg, IN. You will greet guests, manage the waitlist, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth dining experience. Training is provided, and prior host/hostess experience is helpful but not required.

You will work with a team to deliver outstanding service, handle reservations, assist guests with needs, and maintain a clean, organized host stand in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with reservation systems or software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and manage seating and waitlists.
• Take and confirm reservations and maintain an up-to-date reservation book.
• Provide guests with information about the restaurant, menu items, and daily specials.
• Maintain effective communication with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating and service.
• Keep track of waiting guests and relay wait times to them.
• Keep the host stand and waiting area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
